DWLA residential design themes vary by project. Our work
expresses the formal, traditional, estate, contemporary, modern,
agrarian and rural in simple meaningful ways. Most of our
projects are included in the Orange County coastal communities of
Newport Beach and Laguna Beach California.
MULTI-RESIDENTIAL: DWLA
multi-residential design include many multi-generational and senior
housing projects and apartments that express many different styles.
The comfort of the residents is our primary concern. A warm,
inviting and stimulating atmosphere is our goal. Our
multi-residential projects span Los Angeles County, Orange County
and San Diego County.
COMMERCIAL: DWLA
commercial design includes corporate office, industrial, automobile
dealerships and retail projects. All are given strong identity
and a welcoming atmosphere in which to conduct successful business
activities. Our commercial projects are included in Orange
County, Los Angeles County, the Inland Empire and San Diego County.
